From 2010–2020, David Levine Bramante owned and operated BRE Investment, providing full-service residential property management, leasing, and maintenance for rental-property owners in Los Angeles.
The portfolio included more than 30 properties, primarily in Silver Lake, Echo Park, and surrounding Eastside neighborhoods. The work connected owners, residents, vendors, and buildings through every part of day-to-day rental operations.

David's property-management career began in the mid-1990s at his mother's boutique Hollywood firm, where he collected rents, worked with residents, coordinated repairs, and helped oversee properties in Hollywood, Los Feliz, and Koreatown.
He began investing in Echo Park in 2001 and became a California-licensed real estate salesperson in 2005. BRE Investment brought that local experience into a focused, full-service operating company.
