A California-licensed salesperson since 2005, with firsthand experience in ownership, investment sales, leasing, property management, and brokerage operations.
David began working in property management in Los Feliz in the mid-1990s, started investing in Echo Park in 2001, and became a California-licensed real estate salesperson on July 26, 2005.
His background spans hands-on rental operations, leasing, multifamily investment sales, residential representation, brokerage operations, file and advertising workflows, and management of Keller Williams offices in Downtown Los Angeles and Marina del Rey that supported approximately 800 agents.
From 2010–2020, David owned and operated BRE Investment, providing full-service management, leasing, and maintenance for more than 30 properties on Los Angeles's Eastside, primarily in Silver Lake and Echo Park.
David has also worked from the principal side—organizing investor-backed acquisitions and guiding value-add projects through acquisition, improvement, operation, and disposition. That includes Montana Bungalows in Echo Park, acquired for $1.075M in March 2015, renovated and repositioned, then sold for $3.05M in April 2016; and a Malibu Canyon home on Redbluff Drive, acquired for $850K in June 2023, extensively remodeled, and sold for $1.53M in February 2024. Those figures describe gross purchase and sale prices, not net profit or investor return.
Between 2007 and 2013, David also contributed to portfolio operations for Fred Leeds Properties, a major property ownership and management organization. His work touched apartment communities at 1801 N Kingsley Drive, 500 S Alexandria Avenue, and 1810 N Cherokee Avenue; City View Lofts at 1610 W 7th Street; and Wilshire-Union Center, an approximately 200,000-square-foot commercial center in Westlake. The experience sharpened his understanding of portfolio-level operations, resident communication, leasing, building systems, vendor coordination, and the relationship between daily execution and long-term asset value.
Today, David leads first contact, fit review, onboarding coordination, operating systems, client communication, and the administrative side of Loom Realty's supervision relationships. For individual real estate clients, that same operating discipline translates into careful preparation, informed strategy, and responsive representation.

David's operating experience was not limited to individual rentals. He helped support a diverse Los Angeles portfolio spanning conventional apartments, loft residences, and a major neighborhood commercial center.
Selected professional relationships
Real estate is a team discipline. David's experience includes defined assignments and repeated transaction work with owners, developers, brokers, agents, managers, lenders, and escrow officers across Los Angeles.
David represented Prana Investments in the disposition of three East Hollywood and Virgil Village properties. He also represented Casey Lynch and Roundhouse, formerly LocalConstruct, on multiple acquisitions and temporarily supported property management for Blackbirds, its 18-home Echo Park small-lot community.
His client and operating work included Hillary Greene-Pae and Tangible Management, Yossi Eichenbaum, and Fred Leeds Properties, where he contributed to apartment, loft, and commercial portfolio operations from 2007–2013.
David worked with Rick Raymundo and Ron Harris during his Marcus & Millichap years, under office manager Steve Stein, and partnered with Sean Rosenzweig and Paul Darrow on commercial transactions. He also collaborated with Clint Lukens and Clint Lukens Realty on Los Angeles real estate assignments.
While managing Keller Williams offices, David worked closely with Southern California regional owner Paul Morris and KW Commercial professionals Gabriel Guerrero and Justin Chu. His role included managing Guerrero and recruiting Chu before their later institutional apartment work.
David's luxury work included collaboration with Fredrik Eklund and an earlier Mandeville Canyon listing effort for fashion designer Allen Schwartz, publicly marketed at approximately $23.5 million. This was listing-team experience, not a claim that David closed the property's later sale.
Across numerous transactions, David worked with Craig Shewfelt of Wilshire Escrow Company and Eric Rustigian, historically of Glen Oaks Escrow, coordinating the practical path from accepted offer through closing.
