David began working in property management in Los Feliz in the mid-1990s, started investing in Echo Park in 2001, and became a California-licensed real estate salesperson in 2005.

His background spans hands-on rental operations, leasing, multifamily investment sales, residential representation, brokerage operations, file and advertising workflows, and management of Keller Williams offices in Downtown Los Angeles and Marina del Rey that supported approximately 800 agents.

Today, David leads first contact, fit review, onboarding coordination, operating systems, client communication, and the administrative side of Loom Realty's supervision relationships. For individual real estate clients, that same operating discipline translates into careful preparation, informed strategy, and responsive representation.
